You can call me a resistance expert. I say this because of my own resistance to a regular exercise routine has taught me to understand clients who struggle to stick with their exercise routine. I might be the personal trainers nightmare because I have been so resistant to exercise most of my life, just walking past a gym made me cringe!. It was never part of my life growing up so I never developed a healthy exercise lifestyle. I know all of the excuses clients use, because I have used them! There is a part of me that doesn't even like it so when you have a resistant client I can understand them completely!
That has all changed and I have become the personal trainers dream client. How could that happen?
